Hello,

I am sure you are all aware of this over priced market for detached homes. I can only wonder what the price of these homes be in the next two or three years.

Just checked the price of a lot that went up for sale on my street and I was like WAT

If it continues like this I can only imagine what an average detach home will be by 2020.

Canadian dollar is low, immigrants and chinese investors are brining USD (1 CAD is 0.7 USD). Those are buying cash, no inspection. Liberals are keeping interest at the same rate, low and lower. Toronto and close, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington are mostly build in. If it is overpriced, this will be for those who are working in Canada in private sector under same wages since 2008. But nobody gives a poop about those in Canada, anymore. "Budget will balance itself".
I'm glad we have home. If we sell it now, we might need second mortgage just to pay municipal taxes on newly purchased home.
Now even Hamilton prices jumped twice. Niagara region is building like never before.
R.E.A are contacting us more and more. I'm not excited to joke what I'll sell it for one million anymore. Even if they sell it for one million, what to buy to avoid huge taxes and still have quality living instead of currently offered hamster houses for 700K CAD build by dirt cheap builder like Mattamy?
