This is what Paola has told me: (Up to 35 days before your closing date, we can advise you of a delay of up to 15 days.
In this case, we would have to notify you no later than March 29, 2007). So they just squeeked by, by 2 days.

Agrrr this is so anoying.

Hi Jasmin,

So far so good. The house is coming along nicely. It it completely drywalled, mudded (sp.), sanded and the basement floor has been poured. The last time we sopoke to our builder he said they were on sked and he is still trying to get us in on that date. Still keeping our fingers crossed. When is your closing date again?

Hi Jasmin,

We went by our house today and they have put the 1st coat of paint on the wall and there was a guy putting in the railing & spindles for the stairs. Yes, we were able to pick our brick. As far as the drain in the laundry room--we couldn't be happier. Now I'm getting excited, now i'm motivated to pack. Still keeping our fingers crossed.

We're in Mississauga. I know what you mean. We pack a lot of our & the kids clothes & toys. dishes are next and then all the other things. I hear you on the disposable dishes. I think that's what we are going to do for the last & the first few days.

Hi Chris,

We moved in about a 1 ago. So far so good. Still a few things for Mattamy to finish up. Good luck with your move.
