Believe it or not, we got a 'bully offer' last week for another listing for 5k under asking, with one week conditions for inspection and financing. (?!?!?)

A Bully Offer is supposed to be one that entices the seller to not wait for their scheduled offer night, because it's THAT good.

There are ways to deal with these bully offers, and have them become 'multiple bullies' combining the benefits of bully offers and multiple offers all in one.

For this Rayner home, we had over 30 appointments booked in the first two days, which is UNHEARD OF... that's become the new norm in the past 1-2 weeks!
