Find out the price information as follows:

Singles - sold out but the starting price is $990,000 for 2600 sq feet house that has 600sq feet of finished basement

Semis - available now for $699,900 on wards, smallest size being of 2000 sq feet with 300 sq feet of finished basement

Towns - available now for $640,000 on wards

New release will be coming for singles, so if you are interested you can register at countryhomes.ca

no problem, first I wrote onwards, but I got spelling error (now also says it is wrong) so I changed to on wards and now realize your point. No problem.

You will do your part if you are going to be a prospective purchaser. Some asked for the price and no one was providing it, so to enlighten who ever interested. Hey, after all I am just providing some information.

You can feel free to say what ever you like, I know where you are coming after your cell phone deals, as you may not know I am not a huge fan of getting into a plan and next day cancelling it. Anyway this is not of this topic.

I thought this forum is to provide information and not to find errors in typing and remembering an old thread.
