I say take it to a local stealership if you're sure it'll pass. The cost for the test is the same price everywhere. If the car may fail, take it to a shop you trust. In which case, I think a place in town called Ami-Go (they've posted here) does e-tests. They are located on 32 Bronte, and the owner's name is Luis Garcia.
