Yah I was wondering how good are their services: High speed Internet (10MB), phone, and Cable (HDTV)? How is the cable service quality compare to Expressvu HDTV? How bout their High Speed compare to Sympatico?

Any body using their phone service here in Milton? What is the quality like.....

Cogeco HD TV is good, no complaints... same with Cogeco Internet.

We too have had no major complaints about Cogeco.

We have Cogeco internet, Digital Cable, and Home Phone.

WAY better service than Bell, and WAY cheaper!

I have HD and Cogeco's 10MB high speed. I used to use look and it was _cheap_, but after 6 months of headaches, my wife put her foot down (4 tech visits in one week was too much for her) and we swtiched to cogeco

its expensive, but its solid

I've only had two issues with cogeco in 3 yrs now.. first was right after they started their phone service internet & packet loss happened for about 3 weeks -- and after calling them they moved me to another netblock and it was happy sailing. The other when I got a HD tv was I told them their service was too much and i want HD for free -- so they said 'ok' for a year.. so i got half the HD channels within the free pack (i was missing tsn) -- after talking to 4 reps that assured me they knew how to fix it they eventually had to give me all of the HD channels (even the premium ones) -- it was either that or i wouldn't get all of the basic ones.

Cogeco TV works fine but for internet use we use www.inter.net. They ae a GLOBAL company now owned by Uniserve. I've been with them for over 10 years now.

I have heard good and bad about Cogeco and Bell.
Cogeco goes down a lot from what I hear and I know some people who moved to Bell and say it is a better picture.

I would recommend going with Cogeco and trying it out before investing in all the satellite gear.

I personally am on Expressvu with Sympatico and love it.
