Hi Everybody
I was just wondering about the white lines on the windows. I have noticed that all homes have them in the front wondows, however not the same for the back. What is the standard? :D [/b]

Hi we noticed the same thing and we were not sure aswell. It would be nice if all the windows were like that or without. If anyone know's let us know.

I believe that you can also get them as an upgrade to side and rear-facing windows.

Hi guys,
We've been wondering about the same issue. Just to clarify: Are these "mutton bars" standard on all houses/elevations at the front? How much is the upgrade to get it done elsewhere on the house?

Because this is of particular interest to us as we back on to the school, I checked with both the Sales Office and Phase 12 Construction Trailer this afternoon. Neither knew anything about upgraded windows for the rear of homes backing on to public lands. That's not to say it isn't the case, just that the issue still seems unclear.

And from a distance it looked like there were homes backing on to the pipeline without upgraded windows. But admittedly I was far away.

And having said that, the first two homes that do have their windows in and back on to the school do have the mutton bars on the rear, as do the two homes that back on to the park on Meighen Way.

Who confirmed this during the walk-thru Mike and/or Christiane? Anybody else hear of this?
