Location: I live in Hawthorne Village and sleep in Mississauga!
Michael Morgan at Gryphon Law Chambers. He's the best arounf in my opinion. I've sent him over 20 clients this year and every one of them is extremely pleased with his customer service and pricing. He lives in a Mattamy too so he knows all the in's and out's.

You can still have your original Lawyer work on the file.. but you wiill have to contact the previous office and advise them that you will be moving your file with the lawyer who left..

Obviously you would want to contact the lawyer himself to ensure he is willing/able to complete your file.

Any of the in town lawyers are wonderful, skilled, famililar with Mattamy deals and are really nice to deal with.

brentgrove- any lawyer - that has done Real Estate work before - has dealt with Mattamy & its not even Mattamy that we deal with -- its their lawyers-- its alllll standard stuff when it comes to new homes - if u want I can refer u to the guy I work for - he is great! & his prices are reasonable-- PM me if u want-
