Are the sink and light fixtures in the ensuite an upgrade? If so how much did you pay for them?

I have two club chairs and a little table down there...and then of course a small mirror and table for my keys and junk mail.

I never really use the room, but If I'm expecting ppl over I will wait down there as it's really hard to hear the door bell...either that, or I'm going deaf!! I will take a photo and show you when I get home.

Sink is an upgrade at about $500 if I remember and every light in the house is standard.

do they offer a heated main floor (den area) option?

do they offer a raised breakfast bar upgrade?

The kitchen was almost $5000.00. The house has about $21,400 in upgrades.

are you able to post more pictures? especially of master bedroom/ensuite/shower stall. and 2nd bedroom

i purchased a Woodbine in 4a which is basically the same floor plan, i would really like to see more pics to have a better idea of the finished product/size.
MLS is not the best place with their thumbnail sized photos/

I don't have a wide angle lens, and those were the best angles I could get. The en suite in nicely done and roomy for a small house.

It would fit in the room but I hear it's impossible to get up the stairs. I have the second generation of Springdale with the wider staircase and in chatting with the warranty guys they say it's not happening. I have a double that fits nicely as far as in proportion to the room size. A queen will fit and is probably ideal.

King sized box springs are two separate doubles or singles I believe ... A mattress typically has a lot of bend so it shouldn't be a problem ... at least we hope not.

I'll just tell Mattamy that certain friends of ours indicated that they'd help us move in ;) ... eh Geeves?
