Went to look out the Van Fleet holes on Saturday, looks like 227 has some footings down!

Yes, we are 227-6. Hopefully the upcoming storms don't delay them in framing and pouring our foundation!

We're delayed!!
We were supposed to close June 11, now our closing is July 30.
I'm sure that many of you will be getting yours soon, if you haven't gotten one already. We saw this coming!

We got our notice as well. We were supposed to close on Jun 26th. Now pushed to Aug 11th.
...*sigh*...

I'm hoping the the June closers are getting delayed because of the feb/march weather preventing the starting of the foundations and that the july closing are still sort of on schedule!

We got ours after Mattamy U on the Canada Post website. Though, not like we will be using that Postal Code anytime soon...*sigh*

When was your closing date before the push back?

This is very depressing to hear, even though I knew there was a high chance of a delay ... some part of me had hope that we'd still close on time. Our original close date was July 9th, I wonder what our new one will be.

Was just over there today, and things are looking good @ block 227 despite possible/probable delays.

We got our delay notice today too. Aug 27 pushed back from July 9th.

Kind of sucks. I would rather have then do a good job then rush to get it done, but that is right in the middle of the week we had planned to go to Cedar Point.

Not sure what we are going to do now.

Any new pictures from this weekend? Wasn't able to get over there so we'll have to wait until next saturday to check it out.
