Hey Vdub - We have also booked a White Pine but its at HVE 5. It was also an inventory lot.

Mattamy has not made any 34' homes before, so you will not be able to look at any existing homes. I am sure you are aware that this is a split level home and it has a single car garage. Among all single car garage homes this one has the widest, 13.2 x 20.

I have not asked Mattamy, based on the experience with my current builder, I dont think they let you do anything before closing.

What were you planning to do? major changes or minor?
