I complained as well, but was told it's set up to fit one way, not both ways. So the back door may always have to be on the left while the front door needs to be on the right to close properly (or vice versa).

We thought that we had the same problem with our mirrored doors, but as Jennifer said - for us - we just had to have the left door at the front and the right door at the back in order for them to close properly. When we mix them up; it is always easy to tell because there is a huge gap between the door and the frame on both sides.

Check to see if they "sit" better one way than the other - if that doesn't work - then I suggest that you just keep complaining until they come and fix it.
