I also posted this on the services page, but I think it warrants being on the general forum as well, hope that is okay. We apologize if not.

We recently had some comupter issues and contacted a fellow member of the Villager for help.

To make a long story short, we had our external hard drive essentially crash and we thought we lost everything on it, including some very sentimental photos.

We called Tim and not only have we recoved most, if not all of our files, but Tim was extremley pleasant, offered helpful advice, was prompt and made himself readily available to provide additional help whenever we needed it.

It's a huge relief and we are very grateful to him, and urge anyone with computer problems to give Tim a call.
