Hi there!
Thanks for letting me know about the model homes. We will check them out. We also liked the model you bought. Actually a friend of mine was going to buy it but they had just sold out. When is your closing date? Ours is Jan 21/09.

Oh - my sister is going to love this!!! She's got a little guy who is 3 right now, and my hubby and I are hoping to have one by the time we move in...keeping our fingers crossed for now!

Hey! My closing date is Feb 11, '09 and my sister's is Jan 25, '09 -- that is until we get the dreaded delay letter! When is yours?

Went by the site this weekend....it's amazing how exciting it is to see a flattened area and a post with your lot number on it! My hubby thinks I'm crazy for taking pictures! Lot #79 is coming along very well if I do say so myself!

Has anyone heard of any delays in Phase 4 yet?

Thanks for the info. I just joined this forum and when I saw your posting. Wow! great. That lot is ours. We bought Shining Willow in 4A lot 48, closing on Mar 19 2009. We are in Etherington Way too. I just forgot our number. We will visit the site this week- end.

We are excited to see all our neighbours.

Hey future neighbour...we are on lot 147 (Merkley Gate & Whaley Way) Wood Lily Corner...we close April 23, 2009! Just down the street from you.
