Just wondering who the shingle supplier is? Want to see if they will install a nicer shingle. Can u ask Mattamy not to shingle your roof??? I want to get it done after closing. |

no, I beleive the roof has to be shingled and windows in before they can do plumbing or electrical. Cannot close without shingles. Matt |

I know that IKO supplies shingles for some Mattamy developments, not sure if that includes Hawthorne Village though... I'd probably call Mattamy and ask them if they can upgrade them, but I'm afraid it will cost you a lot... |
