As far as I know, I think the Oakgrove/Oakcliffe comes with the door to the garage automatically, as it would be a secondary exit in the event of an emergency (Building Code?). All of the Village Towns in Milton have the doors from the house to the garage included.
The Brentridge/Fernbay End has a laundry utility room of approx. 13' by 6'. It is bigger than the Oakgrove model because the Oakgrove is more compact. But like mentioned before, the depth of the garage is enough for you to be able to park a car, and still have room for storage area.
Right now, they are building Village Homes near Britannia and Thompson (along Hepburn). I was able to go through an Oakgrove a couple of weeks ago, so I don't see it a difficulty for you to go through them. I think there 16 of them in various stages of being built.
