Hi,

I would like to have a standing shower in quincy corner powder room on the main floor. It can be possible if the garage wall is extended. It will reduce my garage, but I am okay with it.

Does mattamy allow such kind of structural modifications? If not, can we do it later? Does it require a separate permit from town to do such modifications?

Yes, it is understandable that the house will be built in factory so mattamy will not go beyond their design options.
