you would glue it but your playing with fire if you ever have a flooding otherwise you may want to float it over top a vapour barrier and glue just the tongue and groove. |

You can glue Bamboo directly on a concrete floor. All the "trendy" condo's are getting bamboo, because builders can glue directly down. |

I bought Mike Holme's book "do it right" at Costco the other day for $14.99 paperback. I suggest you get a copy and read it. Good section on basements. He explains flooring and what to do with the concrete. Unless you want mold, do not use any glue on the concrete, you should build a proper sub floor. It is more expensive, but will save you lots of problems down the road! Good luck, Matt |
