Hello everyone, Kevin and I bought the oakwood end townhouse, phase three.
We are looking to put in the upgrade pantry in the kitchen but we are not sure how much it costs. We are wondering if anyone from earlier phases took that option or just know how much it costs.

not sure if your options are the same as our it's the same as our 15a village home model... but...

The pantry with desk option was $179
The Full length pantry option was $1200ish

The difference is the pantry with desk is much smaller width then the full length pantry. I know it's a HUGE price difference, but i guess then can over charge for that option, because it becomes a necessity when you have a small home.

Thanks Wyl. I'm guessing ours might be a bit different since from the floor plans it looks like the pantry and the chef's desk are seperate upgrades, though I'm not sure.

I figure it will cost around the 1500 dollar mark for the pantry upgrade, we were just curious if anyone might have a similar upgrade available.

We really want to get that price list of upgrades so we can start planning (and price shopping if necessary)!

It was around $700 for the pantry in the Brentridge End village home.

Escarpment phase 1

It was $686 for the pantry for us.
Its 2 cupboard door wide, then from the floor to the top of the upper cabinets (so yes, i'm guess thats full depth?)

We actually only went with a one door wide pantry because we didn't want to give up more counterspace, but the price was pretty much similar... i think it was $616 or something like that.

Thanks for the reply, we've actually got our price list now and made all our selections.

I can't remember what the pantry cost was but that price seems about right. We skipped the chefs desk though, I think we are going to put a wine/drink fridge there with a microwave on top. Or something like that.
