We've gone back to visit the model homes again (they look great and we wanted to get some measurements and ideas for features/upgrades). We found out from the sales office that they still don't know when the new releases will come out but they are estimating now it could be late February or early March.

Something I found interesting on this visit is that they've already changed the prices. There is a new price list issued that has a date of January 19, 2004. These prices are different than our previous list we picked up in late December. I found it interesting that they would change the prices now even though they are still sold out with no homes yet available. I'm told the prices will change again once they announce the actual new releases. The price increase between December 2003 and January 2004 lists is between $5000 to $7000 depending on the model.
