I was surfing the net, and came across CMHC's webiste, where it says that a person can qualify for 10% discount on CMHC insurance, if he/she is buying an Energy Efficient home.

I know that Mattamy homes in Milton are Energy Star. Does any of you have had any luck/experience in getting the 10% discount? If so, can you please shed some more light on the process, etc?
