We just got our first delay notice...anyone else in phase 12 delayed? Apparently there's been a few delays and more to come...some people are already on thier third delay notice!!

Original closing Aug. 25th now Sept. 8th...Phase 12 lot 213.

Hi there - it looks like we are somewhat neighbours - we are in lot 221. We have not received a delay notice as of yet........but will keep you posted! What style of home are you in?

We purchased the Mannington Corner Elevation A, we're on Ferguson and Christie. What street are you guys on?

Hi there
As to some delays look to the posting named "DELAYED"--it will give you some more info as to some of the dealys going on. i'm also Ph.12 and have been delayed by a month.
