heh.. I was up there today as well... a lot going on around the neighborhood. Took a drive by the Mattamy sales office as well. Still 5 homes up for grabs on our side of the street. Wonder if they'll be laying foundations for you guys before winter.....

I have actually left a message with the customer care coordinator to ask that very question. I really hope they pour it before the end of the year.

hey everyone well be on magurn gate we got the woodlily corner phase 5a lot #62 my name is mike as im sure you all know, My wifes name is kelly and we have to wonderful boys hayden is now 5 and a half and carson who is almost 2 years. Does anyone else in th area have any young ones it will be great to have play dates for the kids. we close sometime in late september of 09.

nice to meet you.. we have a 3 year old girl and a almost one year old boy, but you will find a ton of kids in the area I'm sure. We've been living in Hawthorne Village since 2004 and there are kids everywhere. Sure HVE will be no different

When you all had your appointments to choose your upgrades, did you all get your mailing address when you went there? And were you able to find out if you had any sidewalks on your side of the street or where the cable and phone boxes would be? Just curious and would like to know. I didn't find anything out at mine but I hear that is where we are suppose to hear.

We're still a couple of months away from our design appt. Sure you'll have your answer long before that

You were right Rob, I got my mailing address today. I was at the design center signing a structural request and there it was on the top of the paper. I am going to be 206 Magurn Gate. Previously it only had the street name. I am excited about that. Whoo hoo.

Hello Magurn Laners,

I went to the site yesterday and here is what is going on around our street. I think that they are putting some of the lines in the ground. It could be lines for water, sewage, cable, phone, or electrical. I am really not sure. If any of you know what these lines are for please post because I would like to know.

For the record I plan on keeping my property looking a little better than the photos would lead to believe.

Has anyone heard anything about delays yet? I have a friend who bought a few blocks away that is closing in January. Mattamy has just delayed him two weeks.

Hi Reg,
No I haven't heard of any delays. My DC said that they are on schedule and by the looks of how fast things are moving down at the site it would suggest that they are on schedule. I am going to remain hopeful that we will be on time but I have my doubts.

We were there as well this weekends, it looks like they are trying to get foundations in in that section so I wouldn't at all be surprised if you guys get your foundations in the next couple of weeks. Definitely a lot of work going on in that area now so here's hoping no delays for you guys

I was up there myself today as well and they are laying the footings for block 185. I of course took pictures and here they are.

Hi Magurn Laners. Here is your weekly update as to what is going on at the site with our blocks and homes.
I was up there yesterday. I took pictures and here is what is going on.

Block 185 has their foundation walls up and they are currently working on the walls of the last townhouse in the block before the Mainstreet Detached homes start.

Hey Andrea, was up there as well, lots of work going on, I guess they'll start building yours soon as well. We just did our structural appointment and have our colour appointment the beginning of January, though I don't think they'll be laying any of our foundations until around the time you guys are already into your homes... Waiting sucks
