Congrats Andrea!!! Happy to hear all is good ... since you've been so good at photo documenting will you also document and provide a tip sheet on who and what to contact for when we close i.e. Reliance, Hydro, Cable, Bell, Security etc etc :lol:

By the way on the south Magurn pics that looks like our lot that was dug a bit .... for sure though that was our lovely "GREEN BOX" in the middle of the pic!

Sharon and I are glad everything went well for you Andrea! did you end up taking time off work for this week? so there was absolutely ZERO delay with your closing date then eh?

really appreciate all the updates too guys... makes it easier on us for sure... I would love to swing by this weekend but I'm sick as a dog :( wouldn't want to get you guys sick

I am sorry to hear you two are delayed but the three weeks will fly by. When is your new closing date.

And here we were so excited too, the fam and I were at the site today .... they've begun to lay foundation on the detached homes ... I wonder why the delay???

I didn't really have a decent camera .... Andrea if we beg can you climb the Magurn dirt hill and take pics for us??? LOL

We haven't gotten a notice yet but I'm betting we will. Our start date was scheduled to be May 4th, and if they started foundations yesterday that would be 3 weeks to the day they're late. So they probably schedule everything and just shift the schedule according to the start date... My guess anyway....

Just came back from the site and it looks (as Lisa said) everyone from our lot down has now got their concrete footprints.. Kind of odd as to why they wouldn't have done the others as well.... No letter yet, but I did email them to see if we would be delayed as well... guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Very bizarre.... Got an email from Kelly and she confirmed with the senior builder that we are NOT delayed... I dunno why some lots are, some aren't... very strange

You know Rob,
I think that since they are closing in September now, you are probably okay. You just will all close around the same time. They builders usually build in a few extra days into their schedule for some wiggle room.
