Not sure how Mattamy is ordering the calling people for structural appointments, brick selection, or the design appointments. Since we're closing in October, we didn't think we'd be contacted for a meeting until early next year, so was partially surprised by the call to come in this month. We also expected to be called for the brick selection fairly early, considering it's partially your place in line that determines that, but we haven't been called yet.
You could always call Ann (our community advisor for Phase 12) and ask her! She usually returns her voice mails fairly promptly.

We are closing on September 14, 2005 1217 Robson Crescent (Lot 392, which would be about 25 houses clockwise from yours.

Some notes my wife made were lot 369 closes June 1, 2005, Lot 397 closes July 14, 2005 and Lot 387 closes on June 23, 2005.

We're scheduled to close on November 23rd, 2005.

I wouldn'd worry about it Tasha and Ryan. We were also told maybe Feb./Mar. next year and we close two weeks after you. I understand your unease with the process, I feel it too, but I take solace in the fact that Mattamy seems well organised, and any oversight would be as detrimntal/difficult to deal with for the company as it would be for us.

Just one thing to consider when adding a pantry. If you're not adding an over the range microwave, consider making an opening in the pantry for the microwave. It will save a lot of countertop space (if that's tight). Just don't forget to ad a receptacle.
