Are you trying to post a pick here or something else? I don't really understand.
But... if you are trying to place a picture here for us to see, its rather easy.
1st put the pick on your webservers space and remember the link.
This is my link
http://www.trends.net/~tim/land1.jpg
Then all you have to do is put your cursor in front of the http then press the Img button at above you will see img within brackets. Then go to the end of your link and press the same button and you should see /img in brackets and that should work.
Try testing it with my link if you want... that should work for sure
