Whats your close date? We still haven't been called and we close in April as well. The dc told us on the weekend thtat we would probably be another 4-8 weeks before we get our pack???

I think it depends on the model. We have a 36ft Plan 4 and I was told that they still don't have all the pricing for our specific model yet. We close March 2nd and have still not heard anything. It also depends on who your design centre rep is. If your rep is still dealing with previous closings then it might take some more time. Everyone is assigned to a rep at random so I don't think it depends on when you close.

As for the brick, we should be soon!!!!

Wow, you still haven't selected your brick? We are also a 36ft plan 4 and we've already selected our brick, received our design centre package and have an appointment with our consultant 2nd week in september. We close next april.

There's a thread under 'street and pahse specific' called spirit 36ft plan 4. I outlined the costs of some design centre upgrades there. Let me know if there are others you are interested in and I can check on pricing for you.

We just got called yesterday for the bricks, so you should get your call soon, they call based on purchase order. We were #2 so we were called 2nd.

Hmmm.....they are lying to us at the design centre

I don't know why we haven't been called. They told us we didn't have a DC rep assigned to us yet. I explained that people were clsoingafter us and getting their packags and appointments and they said we should hear something in the next 2 weeks and 2 weeks have now come and gone.

I guess we just sit and wait!

From the looks of it you must have purchased in either Vista or 14C? If so then this explains why you have your package. The person I talked to at the DC said that they don't have the Plan 4 packages ready for the 5b or 5c because the cabinet supplier for the other phases is Frendel and we have Cartier.

Hopefully we get ours soon enough!

Hi chargar, can you provide pricing for the following:

Angled cabinets, pot drawer and top drawers in the kitchen

Granite in the kitchen

Angled tiles in foyer, kitchen and upstairs bathrooms (upgraded ensuite)

Upgraded underpadding upstairs

Oak stairs w/ metal pickets

If its too much, no worries. I hope we get our package soon

I just wanted to write that a Fridge Gable, is definantly helpful in helping divide up your kitchen. It goes between the cupboard beside your fridge and your fridge, long piece.
I borrowed this pic from another post to show you.

We never put one in our first house, didn't know it existed, but I wish someone had told us, cause it looks horrible without.

also, the last package with the built in oven and stuff, the appliances themselves are not included, correct? i'm assuming they just leave the spots open for the appliances.

also, any idea how much the optional pantry will be?
