Anyone seen the prices? How much have they increased?
Price for a 43' Shadebush - anyone know it?
They haven't updated the website yet and I can't go down there right now to get the list.

I am also interested in knowing the prices for the 43's- specifically the Juneberry. I wonder how much the premiums are on these lots they are releasing as well. Is anyone lined up yet?

According to the website everything is up by 10k, Woodlily A is up by 11k.
Moreover i heard they are not going to give the discount of 10k they were offering in lst few weeks and more over all the lots this week end might be having premiums as contrary to the last few week ends...

It started at 2:30pm today. A good friend of mine is in line...he got there at 3:30pm and he is #4 in line. He was told they are releasing 34', 43', and 50' lots.

Prices have not been released yet..apparently tomorrow.

LOL.. and the cycle of impulse buy --> worry --> delay --> remorse --> anger continues. :)

Mattamy is smart when it comes to sales, and I'll say it again - buyers really put themselves in risky situations by lining up to spend $3-400k+

People, don't forget - hire a good lawyer!!! We want to see you new homeowners back here online in the future happy with your purchase and your builder.

...and good luck with the purchase - it really is an exciting event in life.

busguy> the location you can see on the Mattamy website. It's in Vista and they are the non colour coded lots in the top left corner of the Vista map. It's just not known if they are going to release all of those lots or just some of them.
My DH had a friend line up around 6:30pm and then he relieved his friend in line at 8:30pm and we are #8 (actually, I think #7 now as someone left).
It's crazy to think how long they are lining up but think about how long people line up to get the newest iPhone or video game system and in that case, they are spending a few hundred and they will be available again if they don't get them that day. This is almost half a million dollars in some cases and you are probably going to have the house for many years so lining up doesn't seem so crazy.....okay, still seems crazy, just less so.

I think it's crazy to line up to buy a house. That's just me, and I would never do it. When I bought both of my homes (both from Mattamy), my husband and I walked into the sales centre on the Monday or Tuesday after the "big release", no pressure, purchased the house we wanted, on the lot we wanted, for the price we wanted. Maybe just lucky?
