hi Nakerville67, i don't have my book on me, but, i believe the french door was around $900 if its a 9' door. it should be further back in the book.

as for the grande kitchen, we went with line 3 cabinets and it was around $3200. the cost for line 4 i think was the same (oddly enough), i'll confirm when i get home for you.

we did it! i'm soo happy with the colours and patrizia was a great help! we went slightly over budget as patrizia talked us into upgrading some of our tile choices and we added some crown moulding (only in the dining room), so, overall, not too bad.

can't wait to move in!

She talked us into upgrading to a line 3 tile on our entire main floor too!!! :) But i'm soooo happy she did as i think it's going to look amazing!

we actually got a line 2, but, she saved us some money on other stuff that we were thinking of doing but didn't really need. Like, we wanted to get a runner on the stairs and she told us to just do it later. We still went a bit over, but, it wasn't terribly bad. No need to sell the first born yet

we just walked through a vista plan 7 - not sure which elevation but 4 bedroom with fireplace on back wall in great room. it was awesome to walk through it and see the feeling of the main floor. It's very well laid out - open concept but also nicely divided spaces - with some separation (privacy). lot 270 on Inman in Vista...

wow, thanks for the update, cambridgedjm! were there people working? we might go by tomorrow

So exciting! We just saw a bricked plan 7B! I'll post a pic a little later on. Fyi, its in vista, on Leicht (sp?) Landing, lot 263. We might be coming by again on friday and hopefully we'll be able to walk in and take some interior photos as well
