hey guys, went into a plan 7 today that has the garden door in the great room rather than the sliding in the den. they will eventually have a corner fireplace according to the alternate layout they chose.

enjoy!

we noticed the same. i was beginning to think plan 7's were going to be a scarce commodity, but, not so.

fyi, the plan 7 on leicth (sp?) landing in vista is all locked up. looks like that one may be closing soon.

I went through alot of Plan 7's and realized that most of them are with Chef's Kitchen, so there will be no optional Pantry there.... there are so many Plan 7s and all look different, with 3BED, 4BED, 5BED, Bathroom upgrades. Fireplaces.
D.del. there's a house with the French door to the Backyard, its already with drywall with Corner fireplace. it looks really good, i was really nervous with the Garden door .. I really hated it at structural stage, but after looking at a finshed one, I really like it ...
i have my structural APP. tomorrow, will take pictures, if anybody has structural Questions about Plan 7 and is curious to get some asnwers soon, let me know.

hi farhan, yeah, i think the door will look wonderful in the great room, especially with the transom if the 9' ceilings are chosen.

i guess we'll just have to wait until our houses are done to see what they will truly look like

I'm not 100% sure but I think that I did see a 3 Bedroom one I may be wrong, I will go back and try to figure out which one was that ...

I didn't take the Bathroom Upgrade BUT there is a PLAN7 with double sink Bathroom in the Bedroom ..... I will let you know the lot# and street name .... man there are many Plan 7s ..... Looks like most of them don't even know about this site OR they just read the Forum Beig Silent.

Its funny I found about that Plan 7 in Brampton today and d.del poseted it.... wow that price in Brampton ..... I used to live n Brampton and Only moved out of there just because of the fact that the prices weren' appreciating .... I almost made no money in 2-1/2 years .... may be I sold it at the wrong time ...... but MILTON VS BRAMPTON
What are your Toughts ????????
