All I can say is thank you very much. I hope you are on this board and reading this. I believe you were in a black volvo and I was driving a red minivan. What an unbelievable kind gesture. I haven't stopped thinking about this all night long.

I got to the window and handed over my cash and they told me that it was taken care of by the man in the car ahead of me. I didn't believe them and they said no honestly he paid for your coffees.

I have always been a giving person wherever I have been able to help out but you have inspired me even more.

Thank you for showing me that there are very kind and generous people here in Milton. I will certainly pay this forward to someone else and hopefully make their day too.

That is SO cool. I had this happen to me once too....and I too carried it forward. I remember it made my week. :D

Then..I also leave my husband on the hook in the car behind me too...just because I can!!! (When we're driving together in seperate vehicles, I will tell them at the window that my husband will pick up mine..he's in the car behind me....I love the honk and gesture I always get afterwards! hahahahaha

Jessica :)

LOL that's the thing...though I would NEVER do it to someone else...I always wonder why they allow this all the time?? You'd think they'd get burned by some jerk who would mess it up for everyone else.....how do they know it's really my husband behind me??

Maybe in this world today I can have rose-coloured glasses and think that there are more people that pay it forward than those who pull a jerk on the car behind them!!! :D

I think I may do this for someone today myself....(pay it forward that is!!)

Jessica :)

Happened to me this morning at Neighbors, inside the store.

I promised to pay it forward.

I love Milton.

I just had a similar situation at Food Basics. I needed change for the shopping cart, so I went to the cashier to break a loonie and the lady next to me just gave me a quarter instead. I know it's only a quarter but it was still a very nice gesture. You will not see that in Toronto, instead someone will rob your other 75 cent.

I love Milton too!

I will pay it forward. :D

I actually had this happen to me at a Tim's. I was in a bit of a shock but it did start my morning off to a good start.
