I thought that i would post something here...my grandparents are trying to sell thier home in downtown toronto....Bloor and Ossington area....its a 3 story home with a detached tandem garage...a victorian style home....it does need work (my grandparents are in their 80's and have lived there since they came from Italy) it can be divided and used to rent out....it is listed for 560,000....if you know of anyone that may be interested PM me and ill get you some pictures.
