CATCH: Must buy the warrenty before your 1 year after closing the home.

Price $230 for 5 year parts and 8 years labour on top of the standard 5 year parts and 2 years labour.

So if you are doing the calculation it is a total of 10 year parts & 10 years labour...but please correct me if I am wrong.
