I've been meaning to post this for several months now...just wanted to share with everyone what a great first time home selling experience we had with Cliff!

Having interviewed numerous agents, we decided to go with Cliff for his experience, knowledge, hardworking and go-getter attitude. It was the best decision we ever made! After reviewing the comparables, Cliff suggested a list price that we were in agreement with (and that was thousands above what other nameless agents had suggested). The result was that we listed and sold our home in ONE day for 99% of asking! It actually sold on the day that our first baby was born! So Cliff made the short trek to Milton Hospital where he got to meet the new addition to our family and to sign the paperwork. He also managed to negotiate a long closing of 4.5 months for us (since our new home would not be ready until later in the year). We could not have been happier with him and we would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

We sold privately, but if we didn't go that route, Cliff was going to be our agent. Seems like an honest straight up guy.

Thank you for the well wishes Our baby came 2.5 weeks early. It was funny because after my water broke, I was more concerned with finishing cleaning all the bathrooms for the showings than going to the hospital! When we arrived at the hospital much alter that morning I was already 7cm dilated and sent to the labour rooom immediately. I had the baby shortly after. We then got a text message from Cliff that we had an offer coming in on our house. What a crazy day it was! Luckily we sold quickly. I could not imagine keeping the house clean and in order with a newborn around!

Sure, if by thanking and congratulating people on a home sale, and agreeing with the theme of this thread saying it was indeed great working with Cliff's team, then sure, I guess that's a threadjack somehow and apologize?

What's more curious is that you have 4 total posts and haven't been online since 2006, and accusing me of something called threadjacking... lol!

For me, it was a pleasure to find out that the OP was actually the seller in our deal (I didn't realize who Dilex was), which means 2 HV users (buyer and seller) and 2 HV agents put this deal together, and it's an overall testament to The Villager forums (Thanks Rick Di Lorenzo! THERE'S your threadjack lol) ...but ok, if you thought I intended something else, I can't help that but to say I'm sorry Jim! Anyway, if my post was somehow evil enough to bring you back from 2006, I sincerely welcome you back to the forums!
