I would send a pm to Itsajeepthing he seems to have a lot of knowledge on breeders he may not know a breeder in the breed that you want, but I'm sure he can direct you towards the right type of breeder and tell you what to look for in a good breeder and pup.

My cousin just got a havenese from Burlington. I could get the number if you like. This place was recomended from another Dog Breeder.

please please look for a havanese or maltese that is a
'rescue'. They are wonderful dogs who need and deserve to be wanted...
