not sure where lot 185 is (i’m at work without my sight map), but we are lot 98 in 14a – on Cousens Terr, right beside the park. My youngest is 21 month now, too! We close in March and will be frequenting the park i’m sure. when do you close?

it's funny how the closing dates of phases overlap. :? i don't know much about the construction business, but i'm sure there must be some rhyme or reason to when they release lots..

hopefully it won't take long for the parks to be constructed. they've gone up pretty quick in the earlier phases. since our closings are jan & mar, we may have it for our first summer in. once we have grass, backyard playdates are always an option! :)
