I don't know about Intracorp. they are known for being pretty good with timing and professionability. Ahead of schedule with permits etc already from the city. But yes mother nature has her way.

I was suprised to see the city already has the street names.

Correction... that home is listed for $699 000

WOW

I'm actually surprised that home isn't listed higher.

It's on a 50 foot lot, ~3300 sqft home, at the very end of a crescent (so no traffic), siding onto green space, and has upscale finishes (e.g. dark hardwood, french doors, upgraded kitchen cabinets, quartz, etc.) throughout.

I've seen many other homes listed for 700K+ in Milton that don't seem to have what this one has going for it.

/ based on the site plan street C is Kincardine Terrace and D is Rowe Terrace, and of course the other is already named Savoline Boulevard

I would agree with you...makes you wander if something's wrong, or if it's just priced for a very quick sale...

i know...i believe there are 4 homes for sale. The prices are very close, and the features vary quite a bit!

I don't know the reasons why people are selling, but it sucks if some of them are being sold off solely for a profit. I'm sure there were a lot of people who wanted these homes, waited in line, etc., only to not get their dream home...and NOW they have to pay an upcharge for what they want! :(

One thing...I went to the site today.
The tube for conduit that's spraypainted pink - what's that for?

The house that is for sale is already dated...Not sure why people are still doing the dark kitchens. Besides the floors, it doesn't look like many upgrades were put in.

Personally, I think the best builders in Milton right now are Heathwood and Intracorp. I couldn't see myself ever purchasing a Mattamy home, specially for 700k.

To each their own though, we all have our opinions.

I would agree with you on the builders, but not so much on the kitchen colour. I think the colour is fine....in moderation! I think the problem is the amount of cabinets. Too many cabinets on every wall seems to shroud any room. Trying to lighten up the space with neutral tile and granite doesn't help with so many cabinets.

One thing I think dates any home is having the dark cabinets then also having dark/espresso floors. I think that is probably one of the worst design choice for 2010...

To each his/her own, though!

Ok so it shows in each bathroom there is a switch for the light in the bathroom and another switch for something above the toilet. What the heck is above the toilet????? Is it a fan??

Thanks
Rohit97 :D

Yes that symbol is used to indicate a ceiling fan installed - you will also notice one in the laundry room.
