You should call your Community Consultant. If you go to the Design Centre, they should be able to let you know who that person is. There's a person designated for each community and lot size.

So far, Phase 14a has had delays of 2-8 weeks. If you haven't heard anything about construction starts, it could be anything. Most likely it could be a permit issue.

Definetly call your representative at Mattamy. And don't panic...watching your new home being built is supposed to be fun!

I was asking Mattamy guy, who is looking after this issues. Our closing is Nov 02. I asked by e-mail and I have e-mail back by same day. They say, 120 days, in total, including foundation.
But still sounds strange, too fast - too furious.
