you should have already got something that gives you the price etc....you will get another copy in the mail dont worry ive got at least 4 over the past few months reminding me of the money that i owe them....you will also get more info again at mattamy university. It says on the contract that if they do not hear from you then they will assume that you will be renting and charge you anyways.

I think the older models of water heaters are way cheaper. So if they are ibn an older house than this oculd be the reason. I think it has something to do with the fact that we have that vent at the top of the heater (i guess these cost more) and then the pipe runs to our side of our house whereas the older ones just used to run to the top of peoples houses and they had no fan at the top of their heater. I could be wrong though, I just heard something about that before.
