Yep, he said as soon as you enter the site on RUHL DR. on the left side to just go to the construction trailer. Then we'll head over to our lot with him.

I had my pre-construction appointment on Thursday. It was not exactly a pre-construction seeing as there was 3/4 of a house on the lot! LOL.

But anyhow, I got my brick package choice Cortez cs-8. They are moving superquick with the whole development!

I too will be at the Mattamy U session on the 9th (lot 254). I'm excited to reconnect with everyone!

Just got back. The meeting was in the trailer the whole time. They just go over all your selections (upgrades) with you, structural and design center stuff then send you home. lol

Who is organizing this group buy? I was speaking to Craig Newhouse and he mentioned that I could get my unit cheaper if I join the group buy. Also, how many people have joined the group buy so far?
Btw, the prices listed below are the same prices posted on the Four Seasons Comfort website so it should be even cheaper if there are at least 10 people signed up for the group buy...

Hey RichardAndLiz... We want to go in on this group buy...when should we get the quotes for this? I'd like to have the A/C in for when we move in.. the dust is ridiculous when you first move in and I want to avoid opening any windows, so I think A/C is going to make such a difference!
