Time to resurrect this thread - looks like they have completed grading of farmstead. Was there yesterday and I'm glad I dont have a fire hydrant in front of our home.

BTW- how accurate are the lot sizes?

, we booked lot 308 closing on MAY 2012, would love to know who else booked on farmstead drive

not much happening on farmstead on this forum. we are phase 3 too. 303 not likely closing april 2012 (from all the delay postings i have been seeing).
