Went to the site today folks. Construction primarily looks like its happening ont he Savoline phase. All lots have had the foundation dug up and Lots # 1 - 4 seem to have had there initial foundation and concrete pouring. Lot 5 looks like its being used to store the large bundles of metal then 6 looks the same as 1 - 4

Also very interesting looks like the initial lay down and tampering of the Main street road has been completed as well. I have pictures below. Pics maybe a bit confusing, Lot 1 is the one that has the foundation but has about 4 - 5 bundles of the metal sheets ramdomly spread around, your can count down from there. Lot 5 is the one with a whole bunch of the bundles but no foundation. Lot 7 would be the one with a black work stand with some planks of wood on it. Progress seems to have been made.... I took some videos as well ill try and get them uploaded and will post the links....

Thanks for the pics.

Is it just me or do those pics give the impression that the houses are going to be pretty close to each other?

In a couple of pics, yes, but aren't houses always closer on one side than the other?

That may be true but even the side that is closer seems too close to me. Hopefully seeing it in person will give a better impression.

I expect the houses will be pretty close to each other... mostly 40' lots with 2600' homes

Great pics - thanks for posting!! great to see for someone like me who is out of town and can't see the site often.

the houses really do seem to be close...this was something that concerned me even before I bought and used to drive around in milton.....the way it seems now they might as well just build one huge house and we all live in it together....I hear Rubens a great chef.

the light posts are still bothering me too..I do hope they all get changed to the square classical style.

so has anyone spoken with intracorp are the release dates still on schedule?

by the way savoline folks make sure you have plenty of extra sheets to cover your hard wood floor and furniture with as once we move in there will be plenty of dust due to the building of the remaining phases...but maybe not so bad in the winter...but all in all its part of the joy of moving into a new crib.

If I am not wrong, there is 6 feet between two houses (approxmiately)

I went last night and 6 feet would be generous IMO.

yeah i went last night, too...i'd say it's too early to say. I agree with Ruben that 6 feet is generous...but, i think i'd need to wait and see, considering that the wood frames will be removed once the concrete is set, right?

folks went today again....amazed at the progress....my plot which did not even have a foundation on tuesday ..today has the basement walls complete...I was amazed to see this....all lots on savoline have had their foundations done now. Also digging has started on the lots on the west side of savoline as well.....the gap between the houses defo look very small...I would say max 5 to 6 feet divided per side so you end up with 3 feet or so per side.

anyways all in all progress is very good in one week of work... Sorry I'll take pics next time didn't have camera with me today.

Today it looks like they started digging on Kincardine Way, north side west of Savoline. Lots of progress going on:)
