I was looking through the details of our home and I did not see the inclusion of hardwood stairs anywhere. I am not sure if this is usually a standard feature or an upgrade with Mattamy.

Any one know of the details for our phase.

Does anybody know whether Mattamy is going to release new lots for people who did not get appointment? I got my waiting number (in 240s) standing in line the other day; but Mattamy stopped booking appointments after#200.

I am going to fathom a guess that they still have quite a few lots remaining. I went on Sunday and I was in the 60s and they only sold about 30 lots at the time. With 400 or so available you will still have lots to choose from.

Good luck.

That would be nice :) . I guess I will find it out on August 13th when they will re-open the office.

I am not sure if you are from the area, but they kept (not sure if it still applies) an update list of the lots available on the door to the office on Derry. The list showed what was available, the lot premiums and the projected closing date. If it still applies you don't have to walk in blind for your meeting on the 13th. Good luck and keep us posted.

Did anyone happen to notice the flyer for a law firm, offering $750.00 plus tax to complete all the paperwork? Anyone know more details on this? Phone #? (Don't have the papers with me right now)

hubby got a photo of the list on Tuesday around 5 pm - when I went back to check on the other lot sizes (he only took photo of 36's and my cousin wants to buy a 30') the list was gone and no new lists have gone up to my knowledge. I will be around the area today and will drive by to see if anything new is up on the doors.

it certainly will be interesting to see what comes of the office re-opening on Aug 13th, not sure what will change at that point? Prices, incentives, lot availability? hmm...

I certainly would not expect them to lower costs or premiums anytime soon as the lots and houses are selling. They usually reconsider their pricing if they don't sell and Mattamy never seems to have a problem there.

Keep us posted on the developments of the 13th and good luck.

Michael Morgan @ 905-878-5554 advertised 760 including GST. He's located on Bronte St north of Derry in Milton. The firm is called Gryphon Law Chambers. I've use him for our purchase and sale this past year.

Has anyone had a chance to pass by the office to check availability yet?

Were there any additional charges for title insurance / disbursements?

Also 'regimilton' - I'm in Phase I and have not closed yet.. but it is closing on time. I bought last year for a November 2011 closing. There have been some delays.. but not overly long ones.

Disbursements are included in the $760, but there was an additional charge for Title Insurance, Courier fee, Bank charge and then they charge HST on those three items. Total price is $1,139.97 paid at the time of closing.

When I went to the sales office a few days ago, I saw that most of our phase is sold. Amazing to think that they would sell that many lots in such a short period of time.

Anyone else new to the phase?
