I'm really impressed with Paul! I will never go anywhere else! I'm a woman and had some bad experiences in my past and had to learn alot about cars. Now I feel relieved as I don't have to research everytime I require work on my Mustang! I can just bring it in to Paul's shop and relax! It is a wonderful feeling!

Thanks a bunch Paul and I'll see you on Friday!

I realize this thread is getting long; and people get the point of how True tech is a great place to have service done to your vehicle; but I had to give my two cents.

People cringe at the thought of having their vehicle serviced, and I am no different... The problem is that the average person does not know that much (if anything) about the cars we drive. And because of this we are at the mercy of whichever mechanic we decide to entrust for our auto repairs. And like Jerry Scienfield once said "well its your Johnson Rod that needs to be replaced, and that will run you $2500 Sir..." We have no choice but to trust that they are telling the truth; and that this repair is actually worth that much, and we blindly pay the bill.

After reading the many positive posts on this forum; I decided to give Paul a call. And right away, I got a good feeling from him. He took time out of his busy day to get some information about my vehicle and why I might be calling. I told him that we were hearing some excessive road noise. He immediately concluded what the problem was most likely to be; and told me that he could fit me in the next day. He told me that he would have all parts necessary to repair it, assuming that he was right about his diagnosis. He gave me a ball park figure for that type of repair, and when we would get the vehicle back, which I thought was truly awesome. So the appointment was set and we got off the phone.

The next morning he called me to tell me that it was indeed the problem that he figured it was. He then gave me the exact price which was significantly lower than the dealership would charge. (Had previously called dealership to inquire about noise before calling Paul.) I thought that it was amazing that he asked for my go ahead before doing the repair. Most places would have just gone ahead with it, and probably found a way to overcharge after the repair was already done! Happened to me in the past.

My truck was done when he said it would be done. There were NO hidden or extra costs. He even helped me get my truck home since my wife was ill and could not help get the truck home. My truck drives like new again. And we couldn't be happier!!!

Anyway, I just wanted to share my amazing experience with anybody looking for an honest, trustworthy, and over all good guy to have your car/truck serviced.

Now that we have found True Tech, we are so relieved that we can take our vehicle in for any type of service and not get raked over the coals at invoice time.

Cheers to Paul and True Tech!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know Paul has a bike; give him a call and see if he can help you out with what you need.

Telephone: 1-905-864-1536

After my warranty expired, my car wasnt touched by nobody else ONLY SAI Automotive repairs. Also 99% of this client can agree to the same thing. You have nothing to lose just give them a try… you will be surprised, we take all our cars to them it’s a bit far for us we drive down from Burlington Ontario but his type of service its valued.. Keep up the superior service sai auto…

As per the above quote posted on March 26, 2011 by lovecarz for SAI Automotive, this is clearly sabotage. I'm all for healthy competition, but this is just wrong. Remember lovecarz, lies always find a way to resurface eventually, especially if you leave a trace on the internet. Thanks for the free bump though.

Whoever owns or works at Sai has about 15 pseudonyms' on this site. Clearly they don't have enough legit repeat customers to be able to write good reviews so they have to write them themselves...pathetic really.

Don't worry about it - the rest of us know who to go to for car troubles :)

Oh snap, BUSTED!

This is a lesson on how NOT to do business, putting down a competitor.

Another bump to True Tech.

Figured as much.......one lesson I have learned in the 20 years I have been dealing with people and my patients....never, NEVER, put down or try to slag a competitor......you always look unprofessional, and it will ALWAYS come back to haunt you.

Cheers Paul......keep up the good work, you're rapidly becoming a legend in these parts !

Pete

Well that was just weird...

Another free bump for Paul. He fixed me up last week. He even went out to purchase a part I needed, one that he doesn't stock. I was supposed to bring it with me, but completely forgot. Solid.

I don't believe this one bit. You are one of "many" accounts on here, that's sole purpose is to simply come on here daily to bump SAI ads!

If you don't work for them, then they are paying you to promote/push them. Otherwise, I see multiple accounts created within days of each other, that do NOTHING but come on here and bump SAI ads.

Tim

Yup.
This guy clearly can't get enough real customer reviews so he's got to make like 10 different accounts to make it seem like he's legit.
Red flag for me, I'll never bring my car there...

I personally DON’T have any association with any shop nor do I work for anyone, matter fact I don’t even work in the automotive field. If you must know I work for “Town of Milton”.

Only reason I am corresponding is because I don’t want our town of MILTON to look bad we are all nice people… Hope this will clear up any misunderstanding this may have caused if anyone want to pm please do and will try my best to reply back to you.

Please accept our sincere apologies to both SHOPS

This is BS, you don't work for the town, you can't even write properly. I can write properly, and the Municipality of Halton still ignores my job applications to them!

I can't say enough about Truetech Auto. We've had both our vehicles in for various types of servicing and Paul has been great. A very honest person and his rates are very reasonable. Quite simply, I trust him, and that keeps me going back.

Thanks Paul

Hi friends,

I did put up a good review for SAI recently, just because that what I feel about his services. I needed to find a local auto shop and found about SAi auto from this forum. Now, I know there is another trustworthy auto shop Truetech Auto, maybe next time I will bring my cars there or where can give the best prices. I guess, we, Miltonian, are lucky to have these services here.

Please compete... We love it. Better for customers, right?
