Congrats everyone who bought in HVOP Phase3. We bought 43' Shadebush model last month. We are close to 20 days from our purchase and now thinking to change elevation and add some architectural choice. Anyone knows if Mattamy accomodate such request? I heard they some time they allow architectural but never heard about elevation. We bought elevation A and want to swicth to B. It seems get more living space with B. Anyone know if that's right?

That lot was hidden between 36' We need close to proposed school that's why noticed. Hopefully school will come before our kids goto high school

What happens if Mattamy not able to sell the house and they decrease the price. Do other buyers of same size of Lot, Model who already have purchased on original price get any incentive?

I doubt that will happen, however, you have already locked yourself into a contract.
