Above article today in the Milton Champion on the Transcon properties, these and the summerwood properties will be sorta in the middle of parts of hawthorne village (i.e. just to the north of Mckay cres and Gazley Circle, where Ferguson Drive ends on the north side).
Right now it's just empty land but Transcon/Summerwood will eventually build houses there according to the subdivision plans.

In this map Phase 12 is mostly in #19, Mara Circle/phase 13 is in #20, phase 10/11 in #12 I think. Trascon's new stuff will go in #22 close to us. Not sure yet what Summerwood's doing in #23.
Or if you look at the school map that gets constantly updated you can see the street names more and imagine where Transcon/Summerwood fits there.
