Great news, Doil! Thanks for sharing.
Did Kori have any details on the backyard for those who had grading issues - whether we would have slab steps or a patio walkdown?

Didn't know. Thanks for the info.

On another note, accent brick is listed on brick selection form under the particular scheme you chose, only where applicable.

Did anyone have any cracks in their basement walls? If so, how did Intracorp prove to you they filled the crack before putting on the insulation?

Has anyone closing in January get your 90 day confirmation? If in early January this would be soon, no?

I didn't receive anything and today is exactly 90 days from my ("first") closing date.

You're likely good to go then... I don't think they need to tell you if it's on time. Only if it's late.

Hi Doli7777

Sorry but there is no construction at the school site. Both Zeeshan and I confirmed with the Catholic School board trustee who states that the work on site is only being done by the builder to level the site similar to the Intracorp Homes park levelling north of the new Main St. W.

Check www.hcdb.org for any upcoming coming details on school sites or contact the trustee for the Milton area Diane Rabenda at 905-864-9294.

Hey,

I just checked yesterday, and it seems like we have lights on Savoline / Main, I think the posts for the lights are up already.
Anybody notice that the big park has been cleared of all shrubs, grass etc, maybe they are getting the park ready too.

Yes, noticed that yesterday, also. I hope it's an error, and the lights will be moved to Scott.

LOL

I'm not holding my breath on that one. If anything, they'll add lights at Scott.

I hear you, but it makes no sense to have lights right after the roundabout. In the UK we put lights at the roundabout, not after
