Hello Everyone,

Over the last few weeks the banks have been reducing their discounts on the variable rate terms, only a few weeks ago you could get a year variable for 2.10% or 0.90% off of prime. It seems that all lenders are continuing with this trend of reducing the discounts.

If you are interested in the variable rate and still want a large discount off of the prime rate, I still have 2.50% available at a couple of my lenders!!

I don't know how much longer they will hold out, so if you are interested, give me a call or send me an email and I can hold these discounts for you for up to 120 days.
