Lot 2,MLS Listing states, W/O Finished Basement. I think it is check off by mistake
there is no walkout on that side.

amazing staging - looks like our entire area will go up for sale, we already have 3 listed just on savoline!

Been a month or so for us and so far so good.

On a side note, thank goodness we got our shutters in because the red glow from the Main St. intersection was pretty intrusive notwithstanding that "little bit of extra ambiance" it was creating for us some nights! LOL

It's been great. Overall, notwithstanding the various issues we had, Intracorp makes amazing, good quality homes...thoroughly impressed with the workmanship of our home, and would purchase another one.

While their communication during the build was less than stellar, their after-sales care has been top notch, IMO.

While I don't get the 'red glow' like Ruben, being west facing makes it extremely hot in the afternoon, particularly with all those windows in the master, and then the big bathroom window! In the morning, we get amazing light in the great room and kitchen...hence an auto-dimming TV screen comes in handy!

I can't say that I have many pointers. If you're in the area, and would like to come in to see the workmanship, PM me, no problem, more so for the McCutcheon owners.
