Just over 2 months til close for us. The street's really coming along now!

Boo, I thought they would put everyone on the same street in the same session!

Anyways, our session is scheduled for March 1st.

The broke the Mattamy U meetings up according to closing dates. Everyone that has an April - May closing were in the first meeting (Group 1). Group 2 may be June-July Closing, etc. I know in the meeting there were tables for a bunch of different streets. I am guessing that some people on your street have earlier closing than others.

We are over on Mcferran. We close in June, we will be attending the Mattamy university with you on March 1st. Many of the ones on our street went before us as well. We are looking forward to meeting everyone.

Just got a call for our frame walk, booked for Tuesday. Seems strange to think we'll be living amongst the construction chaos that is our street!

Woo hoo! We went by today and saw that we had ours framed up to the first floor!

The rest of the houses on the street were really coming along quickly! The ones at the other side of the street were almost done!

On another note, I was hacking my lungs out earlier today and found out first-hand how severely lacking Miltons availability of open walk-in clinics were... Not even sure if that made sense, getting woozy on my coactifed...

Just a suggestion, but i've seen that once people move into their homes they tend not to check the forums anymore. That being the case, would you guys be willing to privately share an email address so that we can get a "Tyrone Crescent" email-list going, to share information and create a sort of communication channel amongst neighbours? It's not always easy to approach strangers, I just figured this might be the best way

Our street as of today. We actually have a second floor and the roof is framed!

Sorry, been a while since I've been by the post, life's gotten busy! Things are flying now though. Our property is levelled off in the back, we have footings for our walkout deck, and the most important part our house is fully drywalled, and looking ready for the finishing work!! Can't believe it's just over a month til our close.
The street's looking great too, everyone's well on their way.
